2025 EAX Goldspeed Tyres Distribution - Guidelines

Context

Lifelive Motorsport has been appointed as the official Goldspeed Tyres distributor for the FIA European XC Cross Car Championship.
The current contract between Goldspeed and the FIA is running until the end of 2025 or 2026 - depending on sources (to be confirmed).

There's no contract between Goldspeed and Lifelive Motorsport!

Improve the quality of our service to Goldspeed Tyres to increase our chances of being retained as the official supplier for next year and/or the next contract.
Streamline processes for our clients (all EAX XC drivers) and ourselves to deliver better service to them (pre-event and at events) while optimizing our profitability.

Attention points

Have a clear distinction between these two activities: Goldspeed EAX tyre distribution and Lifelive Motorsport EAX Team.
- Goldspeed Truck to be located in a different place at the Service Area (not directly next to LLM)
- Team members are to wear Goldspeed outfits when they work for Goldspeed
- Goldspeed Truk to be solely dedicated to Goldspeed when operating at a track (not LLM EAX Team equipment or TN1 parts stocked)
- Order process that is not too much linked to LLM:
- - Separated webshop with dedicated URL (www.goldspeedtires-xc.com)
  - Specific Goldspeed email addresses (sales@goldspeedtires-xc.com and support@goldspeedtires-xc.com for example)
Have a better customer experience pre-event and during the event
- Streamline order process through webshop
- Establish a clear flow of operations at the truck onsite
Improve brand presence and deliver a professional image (on par with ASR Tyres/Kumho)
